English Level Improvement

Every student enrolled at Manchester Victoria College will be required to take an English test during the first week of study. This test is part of the orientation process.

If the students go on to study a subject other than English and the teacher in charge of the course thinks that the student does not have a good enough level of English to fully understand the course, the student will have to take an English course at our centre until they can improve their level of English sufficiently to enable them to continue. (They will take at least 3-5 hours of English Lessons per week).

We are confident that if this happens, we will be able to improve your English as quickly as possible and you will be able to continue with your chosen course of study. Our English teaching staff are dedicated to helping the students speak English to the very best of their ability.

This requirement is designed to help the students, as a good level of English is essential to take full advantage of our subject courses.
